1. Introduction
The conference "Probabilistic Aspect of Harmonic Analysis" is a continuation of the coference "Analysis, Geometry and Probability Related to Group Actions". The program covers a number of topics from analysis and probability. As usual, we plan to have plenty of time for informal activities and discussions (an extended lunch break 12-16 in the afternoon).

3. Financial conditions
The organizers are pleased to announce that we will provide full board accomodation for all the foreign participants, but this does not include taxis and other travel expenses. Local participants will get suitable information about expenses via email.4. Scientific Committee
