Quality of Records
I took records (61,1,1818) and (85,1,6097) as of November 6, 2002,
to be perfect records, and interpolated the remaining powers.
The purpose is to compare quality of records for various powers.
This should be reliable for high powers only. For low powers other
search methods are used or more effort was put to the search and therefore records are better.
Ratio of 1 or less means perfect record.
Table contains: power, expected record, current record,
ratio current/expected
