Aims of the meeting

The main goal of the meeting is to present research of two teams of mathematicians: the Warsaw group of Rafał Latała (concentration of measure, functional inequalities in probability) and the Wrocław group of Ewa Damek (multidimensional random recursions and branching processes) and to start possibly a joint research. A number of seminar talks and informal discussions is planned.
