Introduction to the spectral theory of graphs.
Description of the lecture:
Spectral theory of graphs is the study of spectral properties of operators associated with graphs. One such operator is the discreet Laplace of the graph, which I will try to tell. It turns out that the operators associated with the graph are able to provide many important information about the graph, the nature of both kombinarorycznej and topological.

W piątek 16 listopada 2018 r. o godzinie 16:15 w sali A Instytutu Matematycznego UWr. odbędzie się sesja naukowa Oddziału Wrocławskiego Polskiego Towarzystwa Matematycznego. Odczyt w ramach nowego cyklu „Laureaci nagród PTM” wygłosi laureat nagrody głównej PTM im. Hugona Steinhausa w 2017 roku – prof. Rafał Weron (Politechnika Wrocławska). Tytuł odczytu:
Nowe trendy w prognozowaniu cen energii elektrycznej: Spojrzenie matematyka, który został ekonomistą, a współpracuje z inżynierami.
III Uniwersytecki Obóz Olimpijski
W dniach 12-16 listopada 2018 r. w Bardzie Śląskim odbędzie się III Uniwerytecki Obóz Olimpijski. Weźmie w nim udział 65 licealistów. Zajęcia poprowadzą: Dariusz Buraczewski, Jan Dymara i Marcin Preisner z IM UWr oraz studenci ISIMu.
